There was once my mum asked me:"Why are you still awake in the middle of the night? It's 3am already! GO TO BED AND SLEEP NOW!"
I'm about to use this as excuse, but I kept it to myself...
I'M PRACTISING ON CALL!
Deep in my heart, I do pray that I can sleep soundly without interrupted by nurses or patients during my on call nights. It's not for the sake of my own good, but I pray that there will be no people who are sick enough to seek for medical attention in the middle of the night.
